Terms of Service (English)

Operator. Smart Lead Desk (the "Service") is operated by Yizhak Ohad, a registered sole proprietor (Osek Murshe) in Israel. Contact: support@smartleadesk.co.il.

The Service. A system for businesses to manage calls, clients, tasks and meetings using transcription, automatic summaries and AI. The Service is continuously updated and features may change. We will give notice of any material change.

User responsibility. Users are responsible for the data they enter, for the permissions they grant to connected services (phone line, Google, WhatsApp), for reviewing the Service's suggestions before relying on them, and for informing their clients about call recording as required by law.

WhatsApp messaging. Users send messages only to people who agreed to receive them and honor every opt-out request. Use is also subject to Meta's and WhatsApp's business policies. Spam, misleading or prohibited messages are not allowed. Users are responsible for obtaining and recording recipients' opt-in (per message type: utility or marketing) and must not ask for ID, payment card or bank account numbers on WhatsApp.

Limitations. Automatic summaries and answers may be incomplete or wrong. The Service is not legal, medical or financial advice.

Prohibited use. Impersonation, privacy violations, infringement, or any use contrary to law or to communication providers' policies. Accounts that violate these terms may be suspended.

Payment and cancellation. The price is shown on the home page and billed monthly. You can cancel at any time by emailing support@smartleadesk.co.il. Data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes. Material changes will be posted on this page and emailed to users.
